Ideas and Activities from our Magna-Tects!

“We use Magna-Tiles in many ways – I love to keep them on the fridge for the kids to create shapes and designs with while I fix dinner. We also love to sit down and trace the Magna-Tiles onto paper to create ‘puzzles’ for our daughter!” Jessica J of Florida, USA

“Building marble mazes!” Greg B of Colorado, USA

My son has Magna-Tiles in his classroom at school, and the kids love them! He and his friends build 3-D structures and give them to each other as “gifts.” Melody N of Minnesota, USA

“My children have learned so much about shapes, geometry, and structural integrity while playing with the Magna-Tiles. They also use their imagination as they build garages, airports, houses, you name it, with the Magna-Tiles. We have had our set for about 4 years, and the kids play with them almost every day. We haven’t had a single one break! It has been one of the best toy investments I have made!! Even my husband and I enjoy building with these with our kids, so they are also a fun family time activity.” Patricia S of Illinois, USA

“My 2.5 year old daughter plays with her Magna Tiles daily. She builds endless structures from churches to train stations for her Thomas engines. Thanks to Magna Tiles, she can identify a pyramid, cube, rectangular prism, and triangular prism.

My husband built her a light table, and we all play with the Magna-Tiles on it at least once a day. Even our 7.5 month old plays with Magna-Tiles! They provide endless fun and so many learning opportunities. Thank you for such a great, quality, and educational product!” Megan W of Nebraska, USA

“We use Magna-Tiles at the light table. We have used them while learning about outer space and the children made space ships with the tiles. The children have also used Magna-Tiles to make walls after reading Frederick by Leo Lionni. The children also hypothesized what might happen if one of the foundation tiles is taken away.” David R of Massachusetts, USA

“My son loves to build complex structures using Magna-Tiles at his daycare. He appreciates how the pieces hold together and do not tip over easily like other blocks. We find this has strengthened his ability to understand how objects support themselves and the starting foundation of engineering his creations to not only look beautiful but also to be robust!” Luanne J of Ontario, CANADA

“My grandchildren use Magna-Tiles to create various designs and structures and enjoy them. It’s fun to watch them express their imaginations through the use of your tiles!” Mary M of Oregon, USA

“My children are on the younger side, so we focus on concepts like color, shape, bigger than/smaller than, etc. Our favorite thing to do though is to build towers and learn about which objects are heavier than others. We build the same tower each time and then set a different toy on top to see if he will “crush” the tower. Thanks to Magna-Tiles being so strong, I’ve got to say it takes a pretty heavy toy to bring the tower down!” Bridgette K of Nebraska, USA
